Individual Counseling

I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) seeking support with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship and parenting issues, life transitions, and spiritual exploration. I also work with clients navigating gender identity, sexuality, obsessive thoughts, attachment wounds, perfectionism, and boundary challenges.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and inclusive—affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, kink-aware, and poly-friendly. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and work toward greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper personal growth, therapy offers a space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with intention.

Couples Counseling

Successful couples build the capacity to truly notice, respond to, and be influenced by one another. Our early attachment experiences shape how we relate in adulthood—often repeating familiar patterns, even when they no longer serve us. Intimate relationships can be a powerful space for healing and deeper connection.

Drawing from Relational Life Therapy, the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Nonviolent Communication, I help couples improve communication, deepen understanding, and strengthen closeness.

Whether you’re navigating a new relationship, recovering from infidelity, facing a health challenge, or considering separation, you deserve a space to feel supported and gain clarity. LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and welcoming to kink and poly relationships.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

For Individuals

Sometimes talk therapy and medication are not enough to find relief from symptoms of depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma, and nontraditional therapeutic tools may be more effective. Ketamine has been used safely as a general anesthetic for many decades and is known for both its pain relief and psychedelic properties. It can create a hypnotic or dream-like state that can relax mental walls that often arise when trying to address painful emotions.

For Couples

Many couples face deeply ingrained patterns of communication breakdown, emotional disconnection, and unresolved conflict—challenges that can be difficult to shift through traditional therapy alone. Preliminary research suggests that integrating ketamine into relational work may help partners access deeper emotional understanding, enhance connection, and improve communication, offering a new pathway for healing and growth together.
