My Approach

Finding the right therapist is a vital part of the healing journey.

My approach is holistic, going beyond symptom relief to help uncover and resolve the deeper roots of pain—supporting lasting, meaningful change. I honor your innate capacity to heal and grow, offering guidance that is compassionate, collaborative, and attuned to the wisdom of your body and spirit.

My therapeutic style is relational and integrative, drawing from somatic practices, breathwork, nature-based therapy, yoga philosophy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, Relational Life Therapy, psychodynamic principles, and modern cognitive-behavioral approaches. While thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are important to explore, true healing often requires addressing how trauma is held in the body—where the unspoken and suppressed can finally be expressed and released.

I specialize in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a powerful modality that helps dissolve inner barriers and access deeper layers of transformation.

My practice is rooted in neuroinclusivity and is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, body-positive, anti-racist, and committed to ongoing learning. I’m mindful of how systemic oppression, cultural narratives, and societal expectations impact mental health, and I work with clients to recognize their resilience and acts of resistance as essential parts of their healing. *Neuroinclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex positive, body positive, anti-racist and committed to learning and undoing my own cultural blind spots, knowing this is lifelong work.

I’m currently accepting new clients based in Oregon, and would love to connect with you.

Emergent Alchemy reflects the process of becoming — how meaningful change unfolds when we slow down, listen inward, and stay present with what is.

Emergent honors the natural, organic nature of growth, arising not through force but through attunement and awareness.

Alchemy speaks to the transformation that becomes possible when we turn toward our pain, patterns, and longings with curiosity and care.

In therapy, this means creating the conditions for insight, healing, and integration. Here, what once felt stuck can begin to shift, revealing new ways of being, relating, and living.
